Vista Alegre is not simply somewhere to stay. It is a setting for reunions, celebrations, quiet mornings, long dinners and stories that will be told for years.
The estate brings together two self-contained residential houses, each with its own entrance, living areas, kitchen and multiple bathroom facilities, plus two independent studios. The layout gives larger groups the rare combination of togetherness and privacy.

Large families, several generations, friends, golf groups and retreat guests can share the estate without giving up personal space. Both houses are independently usable while the pool, spa, gardens and social areas remain shared.

The estate is designed to remain inviting when the beach season slows down — with warm water, sheltered gathering spaces and room to spend the day together.
Spa & slow time
Sauna and a seven-person hot tub add a quieter, year-round layer to the estate — especially for retreats, golf groups and cooler-season stays.
Sheltered gatherings
The main hall and covered kitchen / entertaining area each support gatherings of roughly 25–30 people, allowing celebrations and group dinners to continue indoors.

Vista Alegre combines overnight accommodation, private grounds and several distinct social spaces in one estate. Events can be shaped around the occasion rather than around a standard hotel format.

Vista Alegre is set in Benejúzar in the Vega Baja, surrounded by Mediterranean countryside while remaining within easy reach of the Costa Blanca, golf, beaches, services and Alicante–Elche Airport.
The setting offers something increasingly difficult to find on the coast itself: space, privacy and a sense of retreat without isolation.
